Job Title: Proposal Engineer
Job Overview:
We are actively seeking a talented and dynamic Proposal Engineer to join our Sales Department. As a Proposal Engineer, you will be pivotal in crafting compelling and technically sound proposals that showcase our solutions to potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop detailed, customized proposals for our products and services.
• Ensure that proposals are technically accurate, aligned with client needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to articulate their technical features and benefits clearly.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create visually appealing presentations that enhance the overall proposal.
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from proposal to project execution.
• Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of proposals and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
• Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
• Tenders handling, pricing, and contract negotiation.
Qualifications and skills:
• 0-2 year experience in Industrial sector or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in proposal development within a technical sales environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Organizational skills and team working abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is a necessity.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally is a requirement.
- Third Language other than Arabic and English is preferred.
