  • Utilize your extensive experience in mass hiring to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, sourcing agencies, and other external partners to ensure a steady pipeline of talent.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for various technical positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and agencies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in blue-collar recruitment, and implement innovative approaches to enhance the hiring process.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on recruitment metrics and recommend improvements for better efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in blue-collar or technical hiring.Previous experience in facility management or construction industries is preferred.Proven track record in mass hiring, with the ability to handle a high volume of recruitment activities.Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, including dealing with suppliers and sourcing agencies.Excellent interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate technical competencies and qualifications.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
