Job Purpose:

Perform assigned tasks related to Pest Control management as per the set and agreed schedule.

Job Duties:

Operating Activities

• Abide by the program guidelines set, in terms of appearance, attendance, uniform, job order and SOP.
• Inspect the area according to the inspection form (PHD 1 / 2) received and depending on the nature of the industry.
• Forward the Inspection Form to the Service Manager for input and validation in order to proceed with the treatment procedure
• Follow the treatment procedure implementation at customers premises according to the job order and SOPs.
• Ensure that the client upon completion of the treatment signs the job order and the treatment receipt
• Ensure that the job order and program treatment list (PHD 1/5) are submitted to the Quality Control and the operations team
• Follow up on invoices issued by the OS and forward them to the client
• Collect the cash from clients as per the set and agreed customer payment plan
• Ensure that the cash collected from commercial PCO is handed directly to the Commercial Operation Department and that the cash collected from a residential PCO is handed to the Residential Operation Department for processing

General

• Carry out other similar duties that can be defined within the broad functional job and functional responsibilities outlined above as instructed by direct manager

Qualifications

• High school or college degree is required.
• Working experience is an advantage
