4. Handling customer orders and processing payments accurately and securely over the phone.

5. Making outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide updates on their orders or services, and ensure customer satisfaction.

6. Updating and maintaining accurate customer information in the database.

7. Responsible for escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.

8. Working to meet or exceed performance goals, including call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction ratings.

9. Ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures at all times.

10. Maintaining a positive attitude and delivering excellent customer service consistently to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
