Comliance Manager

  • Monitor all compliance activities, including policies, investments and processes
  • Follow up the system certifications approvals and renewals requirements with different departments 
  • Manage internal audit on all departments to ensure compliance with company policy, certifications requirements and customers’ guidelines.
  • Periodically review control system efficiency and suggest appropriate improvements.
  • Search for new certification to strengthen company situation from system, quality and compliance prospective. 
  • Study brand owners requirements and targets and analyze the cap between our current status and their future needs to comply with them. 
  • Train staff on food safety and compliance requirements. 
  • Prepare reports as needed for top management and external regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare the yearly budget related to needed certifications renewals and new certificates as well. 

B.sc of business or science Cross functional teams' management, project management, Result Orientation follow up and strong communication skills. Negotiation skills, reporting and gap analysis Required range of Professional Experience: 10-15 years min. in Compliance.
