Your job as a Conference Team Leader at IDC would be to primarily support the regional Event team which comprises of the Attendee Acquisition team and the Project Management team in the organization of Conferences, Summits and Custom events to help maintain high quality of the delivery. During your time with IDC, you will work mostly on Events across the Middle East region, mainly in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman as well as Egypt.Type of contract Full-time, temporaryStart date our team is ready to onboard you immediately )Location Cairo, EgyptLead the delegate acquisition team based out of Egypt and work collaboratively with larger Events team based on assigned projects. Responsible for registration, qualification, communication and relationship building with current and potential delegates.Acquire Delegates, Speakers & Advisory council members through active telecalling, engaging with them through various social media channels and conducting outreach calls and/or face to face meeting when applicable. Develop and implement strategies to acquire attendees for various events hosted by the company.Manage, update and segment the attendee database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information and facilitation of targeted outreach. Gather feedback from attendees to enhance future event planning and execution.Travel to events within the assigned regions to support them on-site.Submit post-event reports & analysis within assigned deadlines.Excellent polite and professional verbal communication in Arabic & English. A first experience in a similar role or in Customer service or Telesales.A first experience with leading a team. Enjoy/know how to do some basic research on the internet and have working knowledge of Excel.
