- Developing Cross Selling & Up Selling strategies
- Generate new leads, create proposals & send agreements to clients
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients and potential sourcing channels.
- Having an excellent knowledge of business services and value proposition
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.- 5 years of Experience in sales and business development preferably in HRO and/or training fields.- Excellent English Level- Ability to manage several projects & accounts- High-level communication, negotiation and presentation skills- Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software.
