  • Material and Equipment Management.
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Handle requests and queries from managers.
  • Handling extra tasks given with professionality. 

Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin AssistantExperience in Social Media Marketing.Knowledge in Digital Marketing is preferred. Knowledge of office management systems and proceduresWorking knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machinesProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskFast LearnerCreative Thinker.
