Position: CP data management assistant


Location: Amran


Grade: 5


Contract Length: till Jun (with possibility to renewal)


The Opportunity:


Design format for field data collection and to ensure all CP information is consolidated and represented in to facilitate analysis. Monitoring the progress of the program against the target. facilitating all Human resources related activities for social workers, with full coordination with program coordinator to ensure capacity building plan is done and implemented.


KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:


  • Help CP program team in training the new staff in CP information system formats and make sure that all concern people at CP level is understand the reporting system.
  • Revise and enter weekly and monthly report into CP data base including online system, CMAM DB and IMPACT after he/she receive it from CP team. And ensure that all information entered is correct and valid.
  • Analyse CP information data per each program and illustrates the achievement for each month and quarter and presented in monthly program meeting beside updated in the monthly CP newspaper.
  •   Feedback the program Office / manager about the common mistakes in the reports to be corrected and return back.
  • Report regularly CP data for program Office and program manager.
  • Coordination with program team to fellow all human resource needs for CP staff. Like (ID card, Emails, medical insurance,.) with focal person for HR.
  • Prepare the payment sheet for incentive social worker staff and volunteers in monthly basis and submitted to Finance.
  • Analyse the data and make report against the indicators of the program to see the level of the achievement.
  • With CP team work in the designing of all kind of registration, reporting format and printing materials.
  • To help in conducting CP surveys and assessments staring from planning up to data analysis and assessment report.
  • Attend weekly meeting with CP Program Officer to monitor progress in implementation, exchange information, discuss challenges and plan forward. 
  • Report any problems in a timely manner to the line manager.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and statistic reports for submission to the line manager.
  • Comply with SC policies and practices with respect to child protection, code of conduct, child safeguarding, health and safety, equal opportunity and other relevant policies and procedures
  • Working effectively as team member and solve staff problems whenever occur.

Take up any job-related assignment as requested by supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Qualified Medical or IT degree with strong background of CP al field.
  • Has experience data management not less than 02 years.
  • Understanding rights-based approaches and participatory concepts and practical experience in similar context. 
  • Ability to communicate and maintain tactful relations with community.
  • Strong commitment to capacity building of national staff and partners with willingness to adopt a participatory and consultative management approach.
  • Flexible, adaptable, able to improvise and work in stressful, volatile environment
