Quality Internal Auditor
Division: Management
Department: Quality Assurance

Primary Objectives:
- Ensure that adequate and effective processes for technical/non-technical, procedures, and policies for the Quality Management System (QMS) are developed, implemented and documented, in the relevant operations.
- Improve processes and their outputs through performing periodically on-site audits, report findings, following-up action plans and addressing progress for technical and non-technical departments (help managing QMS)
Summary of Main Duties:
- Review – at least once a year or shorter if required- existing documents of the Quality Management System (QMS) within certain areas, update and ensure validation as required.
- Perform internal quality audits at least once a year, report findings, agree action plans with concerned, validate and follow-up progress to ensure closure of non-conformities or relevant issues on timely manner.
- Accompany ISO External Auditor during his audit visit, prepare findings report and actions follow for related departments.
- Prepare and analyze company functions KPIs - monthly, quarterly, mid-year and annually, and provide statistical reports requested by outside bodies.
- Review processes’ objectives and outputs (KPIs) for areas under control, follow-up processes owners on data reported for KPIs on monthly basis to ensure the effective and efficient processes.
- Investigate identified or reported problems by concerned or management, address with the concerned the root causes of problems, impacts, and recommend corrective actions, record and follow-up until closure of issue.
- Ensure customer complaints are reported, recorded, traced through the quality procedures and tools (e.g. Intranet/Shabaka), followed-up and closed with corrective actions, and report monthly the statistics of complaints status per their categories or as advised by Manager Quality Assurance.
- Help manage the SharePoint/M-File with the new procedures and documents and records along with other departments/coworkers in the Quality Assurance Dept.
- Assist in designing the relevant forms, documents, newsletter based on approved identity.
- Manage and maintain contracts and agreements and coordinates other relevant functions in this regard.
- Do any other duties required by the QMA to promote the effectiveness and efficiency of the QMS such as documentation of contracts, records…etc.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business Admiration (preverbally 80% and above).
- Minimum 0-3 years of experience in the same filed.
- Other business certificates such as finance, HR, etc.
- Experience in QMS and its audit which is a plus.
- Having ISO Quality Management System 9001, 9004, 19011 knowledge and certificates and experience are preferred.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English languages (verbal & written).
- V. Good knowledge of using MS applications (Words, Excels, Visio, SharePoint, etc.)
