With the new office in Aden, we look for a local female candidate for the office coordinator role to serve as the focal point for the company in Aden. We need someone who has strong communication and negotiation skills. More details for the requirements of the position are as below:

Key Responsibilities:
To act as the focal point for the company in Aden, communication with clients and follow up clients on the company business
Represent the company when needed in communication verbal and non-verbal as assigned by the direct manager.
Manage business/office logistics and maintain an organized workspace.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
Assist with onboarding new consultants, volunteers, employees, or experts and maintaining personnel records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, Code of Conduct.
Other duties related to company projects as assigned by line manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in office administration or a related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in an administrative or office coordination role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred English language spoken and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
