Job Description: Undertaking the tasks of media and documentation of project activities in the field and in the media by photographing activities, developing media content, and submitting reports that clarify the project’s impact.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Visit project implementation sites in different governorates to document activities and events with photos, videos, and aerial photography.
- Conduct interviews with beneficiaries and field teams to collect testimonials and success stories that illustrate the impact of the project.
- Prepare periodic illustrated media reports that reflect the stages of project implementation and its results.
- Produce media materials (texts, photos, videos) that highlight the project's achievements.
- Edit success stories, media reports, and statements suitable for publication through various media outlets.
- Cooperate with media teams to publish materials on social media platforms and the website.
- Contact field implementation teams continuously to coordinate documentation dates.
- Ensure the collection of high-quality media materials in a professional manner.
- Ensure that all media requests from donors are met, including photos, videos, and media reports.
- Provide and inform other departments in the media sector with news, data, and media requirements on a regular basis to ensure coordination and unification of media messages.
- Organize and archive all media materials (photos, videos, reports) to facilitate access.
- Provide media materials to donors or partners when needed.
- Ensure compliance with protection and privacy standards when collecting and documenting information and media materials.
- Respect the privacy and dignity of beneficiaries during filming and documentation.
- The incumbent should complete all tasks assigned to him within the scope of his work.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
1. University degree in media or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in media or field documentation, preferably in humanitarian projects.
3. High skills in photography, video, and content editing using specialized programs.
4. Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic, and an excellent level in English.
5. Ability to travel frequently in the field and work in different environments and difficult conditions.

3. Creative thinking and ability to produce influential content.
4. Teamwork and commitment to deadlines.

- The job requires frequent travel to project implementation sites in various governorates to document activities and prepare reports.
