Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy Principal to provide strategic leadership and ensure the smooth operation of all aspects of school life. The Deputy Principal will play a pivotal role in supporting the Principal, driving school improvement initiatives, and creating a culture of high expectations. This role combines operational management with educational leadership, focusing on academic excellence, student welfare, staff development, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Management

  • Assist the Principal in leading the school towards achieving its vision and strategic goals.
  • Provide leadership in the development, implementation, and review of school policies and procedures.
  • Serve as Acting Principal in the Principal’s absence.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive leadership environment with staff, students, and the wider community.
  • Participate in school governance, including staff meetings, board discussions, and policy development.

2. Academic Excellence

  • Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation across all grade levels.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Essential Qualifications:
