IT Manager

Job Position Major Objective

Lead and direct the IT department to achieve the company's strategic objectives by developing and implementing IT strategies, managing IT infrastructure, ensuring information security, and promoting technological innovation in line with global best practices.

Qualifications

• Master in Information Technology or Business Administration (Preferable)
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Practical experience of not less than ten years in the field of Information Technology or Information System Management.
• CISSP , CISM , PMP,  and COBIT  Certificates holders are highly preferred.

Must Have

• Advanced understanding of information security and risk management.
•  Experience in managing system development projects.

Main Tasks

• Develop and implement an IT strategy in line with the company's goals and vision.
• Seek new opportunities to apply technology to improve process efficiency and promote growth.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in the field of information technology and assess their impact on the company.
• Supervise the management, maintenance and development of the company's IT infrastructure.
• Ensure the availability and continuity of information systems with high efficiency.
• Effectively manage IT resources to achieve the best possible use.
• Develop and implement information security policies and procedures to protect company data.
• Conduct information security risk assessments periodically and take the necessary measures to mitigate them.
• Ensure compliance with standards and legislation related to information security.
• Lead and direct the IT team.
• Developing team skills and providing opportunities for training and professional development.
• Building a positive and stimulating work environment to enhance productivity and innovation.
• Preparing and managing the IT budget.
• Monitor IT spending and ensure budget adherence.
• Ensure the provision of technical support to all employees of the company.
• Supervise the efficient and timely resolution of technical problems.
• Improve users' experience with systems and applications.

قيادة وتوجيه إدارة تقنية المعلومات لتحقيق أهداف الشركة الاستراتيجية من خلال تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وإدارة البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات، وضمان أمن المعلومات، وتعزيز الابتكار التكنولوجي بما يتماشى مع أفضل الممارسات العالمية.

المؤهلات

• ماجستير في تقنية المعلومات أو إدارة الأعمال (أفضلية)
• بكالوريوس هندسة الحاسوب، علوم الحاسوب، تقنية معلومات، أو نظم المعلومات الإدارية أو ما يعادلها
• - خبرة عملية لا تقل عن عشر سنوات في مجال تقنية المعلومات أو إدارة نظم المعلومات.
• يُفضل بشدة حاملي شهادات CISSP و CISM و PMP و COBIT.

• الإلمام بأحدث التقنيات والاتجاهات في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات

يجب توافرها

• معرفة واسعة بكافة جوانب تكنولوجيا المعلومات
• خبرة في أنظمة إدارة موارد المؤسسات (ERP)
• خبرة في استخدام تطبيقات MS Office بشكل احترافي
• فهم متقدم لأمن المعلومات وإدارة المخاطر
•  خبرة في إدارة مشاريع تطوير الأنظمة

المهام الرئيسية

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية تكنولوجيا المعلومات بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة ورؤيتها.
• البحث عن فرص جديدة لتطبيق التكنولوجيا لتحسين كفاءة العمليات وتعزيز النمو.
• مواكبة أحدث التطورات في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات وتقييم أثرها على الشركة.
• الإشراف على إدارة وصيانة وتطوير البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات في الشركة.
• ضمان توفر أنظمة المعلومات واستمراريتها بكفاءة عالية.
• إدارة موارد تقنية المعلومات بفعالية لتحقيق أفضل استخدام ممكن.
• تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات أمن المعلومات لحماية بيانات الشركة.
• إجراء تقييمات مخاطر أمن المعلومات بشكل دوري واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة للتخفيف منها.
• ضمان الامتثال للمعايير والتشريعات المتعلقة بأمن المعلومات.
• قيادة وتوجيه فريق عمل تقنية المعلومات.
• تطوير مهارات فريق العمل وتوفير الفرص للتدريب والتطوير المهني.
• بناء بيئة عمل إيجابية ومحفزة لتعزيز الإنتاجية والابتكار.
• إعداد وإدارة ميزانية تقنية المعلومات.
• مراقبة الإنفاق على تقنية المعلومات وضمان الالتزام بالميزانية المحددة.
• ضمان تقديم الدعم الفني لجميع موظفي الشركة.
• الإشراف على حل المشكلات التقنية بكفاءة وفي الوقت المناسب.
• تحسين تجربة المستخدمين مع الأنظمة والتطبيقات.
