Job Description:
Duties and responsibilities:
- Responsibility of conducting all MEAL standard tasks with the assigned project/s
- Develop the MEAL Plan of the project including the reporting schedule, MoVs checklist, Indicators Tracking Sheets (ITS), and Accumulative Statistical Report (ASR);
- Prepare the Weekly Monitoring Updates of the project according to the internal MEAL system;
- Prepare the Monthly Presentations of the project to reflect the project performance;
- Prepare the project checklists for the field visits, the warehouses supervision checklists, and any other tools as required;
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor the activities and make sure all statistics in the records are error free and matching the reports, to make sure the proper implementation of the project activities and provision of the project are meeting the standards, check BNFs satisfaction and other tasks as per the plans of the field visits;
- Attend meetings with the project team to discuss and follow-up any issues related to the project and prepare the monthly plans;
- Collect monthly lessons learned from the project team;
- Review the narrative reports and ensure they reflect the achievement of the project properly;
- Implement the Complaints and Feedback Mechanism for the project with the support from the CFM unit at the main office;
- Collect the complaints from the complaints boxes at the HFs regularly;
- Conduct the PDM activities for the project;
- Ensure reliable and regular archiving of projects’ MoVs and documents;
- Support the field team meetings and compile/ follow up on action-positive and timely feedback;
- Ensure all project staff understands and adhere to the project logical frame work, indicators and goals;
- Any other task as requested by direct supervisor.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- A university degree is required in Public Health, Engineering and other relevant area.
- Minimum of one year work experience in NGOs, and field work experience.
- Experience in Nutrition, Health and WASH interventions, as well as Sphere and other humanitarian standards is essential.
- Fluent English language, written and spoken in essential.
- Strong technical experience in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong experience in data collection and analysis tools (KoboCollect, ONA, SPSS)
