Yamany Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Work (YDH ):

Is an independent and non-profit civil society foundation, founded on 1 - January - 2013, concerned with development work and humanitarian interventions and seeks to alleviate human suffering and provide humanitarian and development services in Yemen.

Job Purpose:

YDH is seeking a Safety and Security responsible to be responsible for the safety and security of YDH personnel, property, and premises. He/ she will be in charged for putting in place appropriate security plans and maintain these security plan updated, considering the security situation in the country in general and where the services are being provided in particular; Assume all risks and liabilities related to YDH’s security and the full implementation of the security plan.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising the YDH employees officer from where security procedures are implemented and monitored, and is involved in the conduct and conduct of officials in the area of operations.
• Manage the daily or weekly monthly travel plan and ensure that all travel teams have the appropriate equipment and permission as required.
• Ensure safety and security equipment in YDH buildings is well maintained and operational, including first aid kits and fire extinguishers. To maintain communications equipment and ensure all communications systems are working including internet, mobile phones, etc.
• Monitor and analyze threats and assess the risks in all areas of operation.
• Support conducting risk assessments in all areas of operation.
• Submit report to YDH Project manager including Morning Sitreps, Weekly and Monthly Reports, etc., Work with YDH team to deliver immediate Flash Reports when an incident occurs that impacts or is likely to impact YDH programming/operations in Governorates included in the project.
• Provide security briefings (personal security and context) as part of the on-boarding for new YDH staff, donor visitors  or third party delegated by donor in the area of operation. 

Qualification Experience and Skills: 

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred 
• At least 1 years as Safety and Security responsible with INGO
• Analytical skills, foresight, and the ability to identify solutions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of, and ability to create plans and procedures.
• Risk assessment skills.
• Coaching skills regarding running trainings and briefings.
• Arabic and English (both written and speaking 
• Using Computer skills  and office applications.
• Work pressure.

Working conditions:
Due to the nature of activities and areas where YDH operates, you might have to work below normal/difficult working/travel/accommodation conditions. The jobholder is required to be able to work out of office location, and for extended periods.

هي مؤسسة مجتمع مدني مستقلة وغير ربحية، تأسست في 1 – يناير – 2013 م، تهتم بالأعمال التنموية والتدخلات الإنسانية وتسعى لتخفيف معاناة الإنسان وتقديم الخدمات الإنسانية والتنموية في اليمن .

الغرض من الوظيفة:

تبحث YDH عن مسؤول السلامة والأمن ليكون مسؤولاً عن سلامة، وأمن الموظفين والممتلكات والمباني. وسيكون مسؤولاً عن وضع الخطط الأمنية المناسبة والحفاظ على تحديث هذه الخطة الأمنية، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار الوضع الأمني في البلاد بشكل عام وحيث يتم تقديم الخدمات بشكل خاص؛ تحمل جميع المخاطر والالتزامات المتعلقة بأمن YDH والتنفيذ الكامل للخطة الأمنية.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• الإشراف على سلامة موظفي YDH من حيث مخاطر التنفيذ ومراعاة الإجراءات الأمنية، وتقديم المشورة للموظفين بشأن القضايا المرتبطة بالسلوك الآمن والآمن في منطقة العمليات؛
• إدارة خطة النزول اليومية أو الأسبوعية او الشهرية والتأكد من أن جميع فرق السفر لديها المعدات المناسبة والإذن كما هو مطلوب.
• التأكد من صيانة معدات السلامة والأمن في مباني YDH بشكل جيد وتشغيلها، بما في ذلك مجموعات الإسعافات الأولية وطفايات الحريق. لصيانة معدات الاتصالات والتأكد من عمل جميع أنظمة الاتصالات بما في ذلك الإنترنت والهواتف المحمولة وما إلى ذلك.
• رصد وتحليل التهديدات وتقييم المخاطر في جميع مناطق العمليات.
• دعم إجراء تقييمات المخاطر في جميع مناطق العمليات.
• تقديم تقرير إلى مدير المشروع لـ YDH بما في ذلك ورفع التقارير الأسبوعية والشهرية وما إلى ذلك.
• العمل مع فريق YDH لتقديم تقارير طارئة سريعة وفورية عند وقوع حادث يؤثر أو من المحتمل أن يؤثر على برمجة/عمليات YDH في المحافظات المدرجة في المشروع.
• •     تقديم إحاطات أمنية (الأمن الشخصي والسياق) كجزء من الإعداد لموظفي YDH الجدد أو الزوار المانحين أو الطرف الثالث المفوض من قبل الجهة المانحة في منطقة العملية.

المؤهلات والخبرة والمهارات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو المجال ذي الصلة المفضل.
• سنة واحدة على الأقل كمسؤول عن السلامة والأمن لدى المنظمات غير الحكومية الدولية.
• المهارات التحليلية والبصيرة والقدرة على تحديد الحلول.
• مهارات الاتصال اللفظي والكتابي جيدة.
• المعرفة والقدرة على إنشاء الخطط والإجراءات.
• مهارات تقييم المخاطر.
• مهارات التدريب فيما يتعلق بإدارة الدورات التدريبية والإحاطات.
• العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثا قراءة وكتابة). 
• مهارات استخدام الكمبيوتر وتطبيقات أوفيس.
• تحمل ضغط العمل.

ظروف العمل:
نظرًا لطبيعة الأنشطة والمناطق التي تعمل فيها YDH، قد تضطر إلى العمل في ظل ظروف العمل / السفر / الإقامة العادية / الصعبة. يجب أن يكون المتقدم للوظيفة قادرًا على العمل خارج موقع المكتب ولفترات طويلة.
