Role Purpose

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration. The role involves overseeing all aspects of the sales cycle, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring the company’s offerings align with market needs and customer expectations. SM Manager will also work to enhance brand visibility and establish long-term relationships with key clients and partners.

Budget Responsibilities: Sales, financial covenant and indebtedness

Main tasks and Responsibilities

1- Preparing the company’s marketing and sales plan for solar energy products for sales according to the strategic plan and estimated budget, which must include the following:

  • Analyzing local market trends and create a plan to increase sales, reduce expenses, and increase the market share of the brands represented by the company.
  • Analyzing customer purchasing behaviors and dividing customers into segments.
  • Analyzing competitors and competing products, developing proposals and submitting them to management.
  • Preparing list of products that will be imported in solar energy in cooperation with the company’s projects team.
  • Develop implementation mechanism to achieve the sales goal at the level of commercial products and increase the profit margin.
  • Establishing standards to measure marketing and sales performance.
  • Monitoring sales performance.
  • Analyzing sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.

2- Creating a chronic plan to provide optimal inventory to ensure continuity of sales during the year.
3- Participating with the project team for  all new products and updates in the solar energy market.
4- Building strong relationships with product providers and working to fulfill all requirements to raise the level of partnership with them (by achieving the sales goal for the brand - achieving the goals of the company’s new agency requirements and working with the company team to fulfill the requirements for obtaining the agency)
5- Monitoring the company’s inventory and create a marketing plan to dispose of the inventory as soon as possible.
6- Following up on the collection of debts with customers and branches - if any - and ensure that everyone adheres to the payment mechanism approved by the management.
7- Building relationships and partnerships with customers and working to achieve customer satisfaction.
8- Working to create new sales opportunities which also includes industrial clients.
9- Conducting field visits to all governorates for marketing purposes to search for customers and search for warehouses to store materials.
10- Working as a point of contact with companies via email by searching for new products, and then providing the company’s team with technical product information.
11- Preparing price offers for clients.
12- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
13- Working with the company team to increase the company’s activity.
14- Conducting periodic meetings with management to discuss and review sales performance and submit recommendations to management.
15- Create a database about customers and know their strategic directions to promote the appropriate products/technical solutions for them.
16- Preparing regular reports on sales performance and analyzing data to extract ideas and make strategic decisions.
17-Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
18- Develop and maintain a strong brand presence in the market.
19-Analyze campaign performance and sales data to inform future strategies.
20- Work closely with other departments (e.g., finance, projects and admin) to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
21- Any other work requested of him by his direct supervisor within the scope of his work

Internal & External Relationship

Internally: Ruya Company and HSA staff
Externally: key clients, industry partners, vendors, Customers and suppliers , Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Position Requirements

Qualifications    

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., MBA) is preferred

Experience:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in the renewable energy sector or related industry is a plus.
