The Pragma Corporation is recruiting a Foreign Exchange Operations Specialist to support Central Bank of Yemen Technical Support Activities.

Foreign Exchange Operations Specialist Role

• The Foreign Exchange Specialist will help to re-establish a sound macro-financial environment for the Central Bank of Yemen, including upgrading ed foreign exchange management and operations policy and procedural areas. The position will require spending at least 50% time in Aden.
• The Foreign Exchange Specialist will support the design and implementation of procedural and operational upgrades designed to improve FX allocation and risk management policies and related monitoring/tracking activities.
• FX management-related business continuity and disaster recovery plans and procedures

Required Qualifications:

•  Master's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience and progressive responsibility
• Must be able to travel to Yemen
• Excellent communications and personnel management skills and ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization and of different multi-cultural backgrounds
• Fluency in Arabic is required
