About the Client:
A well-known aluminum and glazing fabrication company in the UAE
Job Description:
§ Conduct cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and cost planning for design projects
§ Ensure variations are identified from the ongoing projects and submitted for approvals
§ Review of contract documents/ LOI/LOA/Subcontract agreement
§ Manage project budgets and monitoring costs throughout the project lifecycle
§ Send variation notification to client for any possible variations arising from drawings, RFI, SI
Skills
Qualifications:
§ Must have bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, or related field.
§ 40 years old and below
§ Minimum 5 years’ experience as Quantity Surveyor in the aluminum and façade industry is an advantage
