Claire Dominics Buro (part of Globinter International Group)  is engaged in interior design, architecture, construction and world class premium project solutions. We have successfully completed numerous projects over the past seven years both designing and delivering; luxury apartment projects, villas, restaurants and hotels in various part of the globe.

As a result of high market demand and a growing number of clients in the Asian region we have now opened our new branch in Dubai and hence seeking bright and passionate individuals who are enthusiastic to join our company and help in building our UAE team and office.


Job Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at Claire Dominics Buro as a Sales Administrator. You will play a crucial role as sales admin, particularly focusing on promoting our services and expertise.


Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
  • Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels and social media platforms.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, offering solutions, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to address queries, provide updates and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings and persuade potential clients to engage in projects with CDB.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for sales strategies.
  • Documentation: Manage sales documentation, including quote preparation, order processing, contracts, invoices, and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.


Skills

Requirements:



  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration and dealing with clients in the interior design industry or similar field such as architecture, joinery/woodwork, construction, fitout, or kitchens.
  • Knowledge: In depth knowledge and familiarity with design & architecture, custom/bespoke joinery, fitout, or kitchen products and processes is highly desirable.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on client interaction and relationship building.
  • Networking: Experience networking with prospective clients at events, real estate developers, general contractors and designers/architects is a bonus.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and order processing.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Driving license and a car is an advantage.
  • Fluent written and spoken English language is a MUST!
  • Fluent Russian language is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Fluency in other European languages is an advantage
