We seek an experienced Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team.
Contract Duration: Until end of 2024
Candidates who can join immediately are only preferred for this position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed product knowledge databases, including specifications, key features, troubleshooting information, and FAQs.
- Assist in developing product content for marketing materials, ensuring technical accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with product development teams to understand product changes and updates, and communicate these effectively to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the marketing team by participating in product demonstrations and presentations at trade shows, webinars, and other events.
- Provide expert advice and support to sales and customer service teams, helping to resolve complex product inquiries and issues.
Skills
Qualification & Skill Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Science or related fields
- Fluent in Arabic.
- The candidate should be in the seniority level.
- The candidate should be able to identify content standards like guideline, specifications , criteria that used to define the quality and format .
- Content creation and editing : the candidate should have a skill in creating & formation the content in different formats like online articles , videos , documents , etc.
