Loyalty & Partnership Lead

Accountabilities & Key Roles :

  • Develop and implement creative growth hacking exercises to drive customer acquisition, increase engagement, and optimize customer retention.
  • Lead the effort to identify, negotiate, and establish potential partnerships and collaborations with other organizations, fintech companies and industry stakeholder’s.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities within market and potentially in neighboring regions to facilitate business growth and market share expansion.
  • Collaborate with the team to approach potential entities, partners, and customers to drive sales and acquisition initiatives effectively.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, providing insights to shape the business strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry players to foster business growth and collaboration.
  • Work closely with business and technical entities to plan and implement commercial activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including (KPIs) and insights for management review.


Qualifications


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

Experience:

  • +6 years of proven experience in business development, B2B and preferably in the digital banking, financial services industry or tech industry.

  • ­Ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a record of accomplishment of driving business growth.
  • Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
