We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving aggressive growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the chemical industry, with a deep understanding of diverse markets including oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, animal feed, glass, water treatment, construction, and cosmetics & personal care.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration across multiple industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals, providing coaching, and driving performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, supply chain) to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment.
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring profitable contracts.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to management.
