Role Summary:
The incumbent is responsible for managing sales of company products and services within a defined geographic area, and generating revenue through demand and sales of gas network systems and applications to targeted potential clients.
Main Duties
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for specific areas through proactive sales efforts and relationship building.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts in the region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our Company presence in the area and generating new sales leads.
• Regularly meet with customers to understand their needs and challenges, offering customized solutions from our portfolio of products and services.
• Track and report sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for senior management.
• Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.
• Address any client inquiries or issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely problem resolution.
• Work closely with the operations, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery service and that client needs are met effectively.
• Ensure all sales activities and customer interactions comply with legal and company standards, especially regarding safety and quality protocols in the oil and gas industry.
• Manage customer relations: communication, follow-ups, and problem solving, and coordinate with the commercial manager on client requirements and complaints
• Ensure that the client is regularly supplied with gas and monitor the frequency of gas demand
• Intervene without delay in case of any changes happening on the client level such as: change of outlet ownership, change of client status, removal of gas tank, etc….
• Understand customer needs and develop positive working relationships along with a clear understanding of the customer database
• Provide feedback to the commercial manager about the market needs and trends and monitor competition by gathering information on pricing and services, to name a few
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in the same field
