Position Summary:
The Sous Chef is the second-in-command in a kitchen and plays a critical leadership role. Responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in the overall kitchen operation, the Sous Chef helps ensure consistent food quality, kitchen staff training, sanitation standards, and efficient production. The role requires strong culinary skills, leadership capabilities, and knowledge of food safety regulations
