Auberge Hotel located in Jezzine - South Lebanon is looking for a Chef De Partie.

Job Description:
- To assist the Exec. Chef in the production, preparation and presentation of all food
items to ensure highest quality at all times.

- To assist in preparing the daily, weekly and general market list according to the
minimum / maximum policy.

- To evaluate the food quality & production and examine the hygiene & sanitation of
the production areas (Hot/Cold).

- To Check and monitor all outgoing food orders from the kitchen while examining
dishes’ presentation according to standards.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years experience as chef de partie.
- Able to maintain cost and quality standards.
- Able to work effectively under pressure
