Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SEO/SEM Specialist to lead our search engine optimization and marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all SEO and SEM activities, including strategy development, campaign execution, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving organic and paid search growth, along with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.



Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase website rankings and organic search visibility.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities for content optimization and targeting.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure to align with SEO best practices and improve search engine rankings.
Manage all aspects of SEM campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to optimize ad targeting, messaging, and budget allocation for maximum ROI.
Track, report, and analyze website analytics to measure key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Research and stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and SEM.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and designers, to ensure alignment with SEO and SEM strategies.
Recommend and implement changes to website architecture, content, and linking to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
Provide regular reports and updates on SEO and SEM performance, including insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and tools in the SEO/SEM field and proactively seek out opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Additional Tasks Good to have:
Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building and outreach initiatives.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation in SEO and SEM strategies.
Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-focused content strategies and optimize existing content for search engines.
Conduct A/B and multivariate experiments to test and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and other elements of SEM campaigns.
Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code and website updates.
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on SEO and SEM best practices, tools, and techniques.


Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in SEO and SEM, with a proven track record of driving organic and paid search growth.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and PPC advertising platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and effectively manage projects.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated on the latest trends and developments in SEO and SEM
