Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fit Out Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee the execution of high-quality interior fit-out works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site engineers to maintain smooth workflow and timely progress.
Review and interpret shop drawings and ensure proper implementation on-site.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure all fit-out works meet health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Report on progress, risks, and any site-related issues to the Project Manager.
Ensure materials and resources are available as per project requirements.
Liaise with consultants and clients as needed for approvals and inspections.
Drive between multiple sites as required – a personal vehicle is essential for mobility.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.3+ years of proven experience in fit-out projects, preferably in high-end residential, commercial, or retail sectors.Strong knowledge of construction methods, interior finishing materials, and project execution.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and under pressure.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.Must own a car and have a valid driving license (This is a mandatory requirement).
