- Develop and create 3D models and renders of architectural designs.
- Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and provide engineering solutions.
- Ensure that all designs and drawings adhere to industry standards and regulations.
- Manage and oversee the drafting and modeling process, ensuring timely completion of projects.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture EngineeringProfessional Registration preferredMinimum 7+ years of Architectural design experience in constructionMinimum 2+ years of experience managing a team of 4+ Architectural engineers for the development of the design of a construction projectProficiency in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is required.Experience in HAP software, AutoCAD, & Revit,Very Good spoken and written English is essential
