- Supports project management is achieving HSE goals as set for the project
- Carrying out Safety inspections on site facilities, equipment and marine unites using HSE Checklist
- Reporting & investigating accidents, near misses, sub-standard practices and substandard conditions at work sites
- Conducting Safety group meetings to coach the workforce on the company HSEMS, policies, emergency procedure, HSE procedures, standards, guidelines, cop's and other HSE documents related to sites
- Ensure that lifesaving & fire-fighting equipment are properly maintained I certified and ready for immediate use
- Assists Project Management to ensure workforce are in compliance with HSE standards, company HSE regulations and polices
Educational Qualifications & Certifications:BSc in science, civil construction or marine engineeringMinimum qualification NEBOSH, OSHA or similarFirst aid certificationFunction Specific ExperienceAble to deliver on the job training,Familiar with JSA and processes to analyze identified hazardsMarine & Construction5:7 years in safety fieldEnglish good (Must)
