Job Overview: 
This is a full-time job. In line with our ongoing development initiatives, we are seeking a seasoned Site Manager to join our team and manage our project sites· 
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of substantial experience in a similar role, coupled with a civil engineering background. 
Adaptability to oversee projects across diverse geographic locations is essential for this position 
Mobility, time management, and organization skills are essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Manage construction projects from start to finish.
Quality Assurance: Ensure top-notch construction quality and safety standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with teams and partners for smooth project flow.
Resource Management: Optimize labor, materials, and equipment for efficiency.
Safety and Compliance: Promote a culture of safety and environmental compliance on-site.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of construction site management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software.
Willingness to travel to project.
