Customer Service Coordinator

  1. Supports and provides superior service via phones and e-mails as a receiver and caller and follow-up on customer inquiries and complaints that is not fulfilled or resolved on queue ensuring full customer satisfaction.
  2. Provide quality, efficient and non-judgmental customer service to customers.
  3. Use questioning, trouble shooting and listening skills that support effective communication and help in solving the customer’s problems & complaints to ensure achieving the target.
  4. Assists with the placement of orders.
  5. Builds customer’s interest in the products offered by the company and offer up selling the products, whenever possible which will guarantee the business continuity and contribute in achieving the target.
  6. Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, providing backup data as needed to positively reflect the company’s image.
  7. Maintains Data Base System of clients by maintaining hard copy and electronic filing system, to ensure that data are properly maintained.
  8. Builds sustainable relationships of trust with clients through open & interactive communication.
  9. Informs the clients with the delivery date of orders.
  10. Provides product information & resolves any emerging problems that client might face with accuracy & efficiency. 
  11. Handles complaints & directs them to the designated parties and follows up to ensure the resolution.
  12. Follows up on Delivery / Payment + Clients Dispatches.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant disciplineFresh Grade or from 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role Computer knowledge – Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Spreadsheet Familiarity with telephone techniques and skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and practicesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
