Sales Executive

  • Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
  • Maintain healthy and productive relationship with clients through regular visits to clients and being liaison between company and clients.
  • Answer questions about products or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Keep and update customer information in the database.
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
  • Handle customers complains and working on solving it through applying company policies to preserve company’s reputation.
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.


Skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office programs.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to clients.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
