A multinational organization is in need of dedicated full-time tax specialist who will be stationed in our Egypt Branch (Cairo).
- The ideal candidate should have tax inspection experience with different tax committees and has immersion in negotiations with the tax authority.
- He/she should be willing to learn and have a collaborative spirit working in a dynamic team of accounting professionals.
Job Description :-
- Assist regional F&A team in tax and statutory audits.
- Draft responses to tax inquiries after consultation with the regional F&A team.
- Research and interpret existing and upcoming tax rules and regulations.
- Identify potential tax exposure through collection and analysis of data.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants during audit and tax inspections on behalf of regional F&A team.
- Accurately translate and communicate tax and accounting information to the F&A team in English.
- Report about daily situation of the Egypt branch office to supervisors.
- Do all other ad hoc tasks as requested by the regional F&A team.
Professional Requirements :-Between 1-3 years Experience in Tax compliance jobs and coordination with tax consultants and tax authority.Professional certification is desirable but not required.Experience with MNC, construction industry, and/or Big 4 is preferred.Impeccable English communication skills (verbal and written) is a must.Personal competencies.Sound business acumen.Ability to adapt and demonstrate resilience to meet challenging timelines.Self governing and ability to work with minimal supervision.Excellent analytical skills and thirst for knowledge.Candidate available to join Immediately will be given preference.
