Storekeeper Assistant

Deadline

Receiving the materials received to the store/warehouse, matching quantities and specifications, arranging storing them in the designated places, maintaining their safety and securing them and disbursing the requests received from the competent authorities and preparing and shipping the order.

 

Job Summary

  •   Receive the various materials that reach to the store/warehouse and matching their quantities and specifications and storing them according to their nature and in a manner that ensures their preservation in a manner consistent with the policies and organized procedures.
  •    Storage and Supply all the necessary materials according to the approved policies.
  •    Activating records for the materials stored and supplied from the store/warehouse.
  •    Maintaining the store's assets in a way that ensures that they are not damaged.
  •    Cooperation with inventory committees in the organization.
  •    Follow up the request for materials when their assets in the store reaches the re-order point.
  •  Prepare the Store cards, register the necessary information on them and constantly update them.
  •   Organizing and arranging the warehouse assets in an easy -to -reach manner.
  •   Record and re-receive the loaned and custodian materials from the store to the employees according to the assets.
  •   Identify the tools, supplies, devices and equipment necessary for the workflow and secure them in line with the policies and organized procedures.
  •   Preparing receipts for the equipment and technical devices by the competent companies.
  •   Issue requests received from the competent authorities according to the issuing orders in accordance with the approved templates to prepare and supply the required tools to the requesting authorities.
  •   Being in charge of the store assets
  •   Taking into account the application of the grounds of occupational health and safety in the store.
  •   Inform the line manager of damaged materials, tools and devices that need maintenance or destroyed
  •   Preparing, submitting, documenting and preserving work reports
  •   Providing the concerned authorities with any information about the store assets.
  •   Preparing a monthly report showing the cost of store expenses and distributing this cost according to consumption centers in the center.
  •   Request missing items in the warehouse when they reach the reorder point
  •   Recording all materials contained in the automated and manual system
  •   Commitment to the exchange policy in accordance with the approved official forms
  •   Implement the mandated tasks entrusted by the line manager

 

Key Responsibilities

  •  A university degree of no less than a diploma in the field of business management or accounting
  •  Experience in the field of warehousing and logistical support in an organization with funded projects of at least 4 years.
  •  Knowledge in the field of working in local and international humanitarian organizations.
  •  Ability to work in difficult conditions, and work under pressure.
  •  Good communication and mastery of Arabic and English, spoken and written.
  •  Professionalism in all Microsoft Office programs and various material storage programs.

Qualifications and Experiences
