Assisting in the ongoing implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework.
Perform regular risk identification workshops and risk analysis for all Functional and
Departmental areas within Saudi Golf.
Develop and maintain risk registers and work with relevant teams to implement appropriate and timely mitigation strategies.
Develop, implement, and operate a training and development program for Functional Risk Champions to ensure overall risk capability within the business.
Develop appropriate risk management reporting mechanisms which include creating and presenting reports to Saudi Golf’s Senior Management, Audit Committee, and Board of Directors.
Own risk management software and systems and integrate their use within the overall risk management methodology.
Identify Saudi Golf’s risk exposures through the development and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators, with appropriate reporting and escalation.
On a broad level, this will involve enhancing Saudi Golf’s existing risk capability and contributing to the improvement of risk culture within the business.
The Enterprise Risk will also be the owner of Saudi Golf’s risk management software (to be implemented) and should be conversant with such systems, its capabilities, and uses.
Preparation and maintenance of the Functional and Departmental Risk Register.
Development and monitoring of mitigation plans, the enhancement of Risk Champion capability, the provision of timely reports to Senior Management, and the ongoing monitoring of Saudi Golf’s risk exposures through the use of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a suitably relevant field i.e. Risk, Management, Finance.
5 - 8 years of experience within of risk management/ enterprise risk management or risk assurance, gained either in-house or within a consulting firm.
Professional certification in risk management, from a recognized risk management body such as the Institute of Risk Management (IRM).<br/><br/>#J-18808-Ljbffr
