Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for Planning organizing and controlling the service and maintenance related operations to achieve departmental objectives with increasing the efficiency of service operation.
- Assist in preparation of short-term and long-term business plans and budgets based on broad corporate goals and growth objectives.
- Build very strong relationship network with strategic partners
- Review, evaluate and approve Business enhancement opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunity within Kuwait.
- Responsible for developing and improving all operational KPI's.
- Ensure suitable marketing and sales coverage for the portfolio of products, contributing to the achievement of profitable volume objectives.
- Manage the successful implementation of the Fleet marketing plan.
- Achieve company wide, and specifically the Fleet Departments’ buy-in to the plan, monitor its implementation, ensuring that the key milestones are observed and adhered to.
- Ensure that all departments work closely together, communicate and strive for total customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that product standards are implemented in each department and that all employees understand the product philosophy with the view to develop and elevate the Brand.
- Manage showroom activities to deliver the highest levels of service.
- Assess all staff and implementing a training programs where and when applicable.
- Performing any other tasks as assigned by his/her direct Manager
