Needs to undertake
· Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
· Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
· Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.
· Maintaining accurate financial records.
· Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
· Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
· Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
· Issue invoices & Bills and follow up with client payments
Needs to have
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
· Must have 4 to 8 years of experience in relevant field.
· Experience in Real Estate Is preferable
· More education or experience may be preferred.
· Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
· Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
· Ethical behavior.
· Attention to detail.
· Any of certifications is preferable
· In-depth understanding of International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS)
· Advanced MS Excel skills, including V lookups and pivot tables
· Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
· Good Time Management skills
· Good organizational skills
· We are located in Fintas and work from 9 -2 pm and 5-8 pm
