Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve export and import sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with foreign clients and suppliers.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new markets, customer needs, and trends.
  • Analyze sales data and market conditions to develop informed sales strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry developments.

Logistics and Supply Chain Management:

  • Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Oversee the entire supply chain process from order placement to delivery.
  • Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand without overstocking.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for export and import activities (e.g., invoices, shipping documents, customs declarations).
  • Stay updated on changes in trade laws and regulations.

Customer Service and Support:

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Offer after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 


 


Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High degree of professionalism and integrity.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in export and import sales or international trade.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development in international markets.Languages:Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
