**Responsibilities:**
1. Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients.
3. Showcase properties and provide expert guidance to clients.
4. Negotiate sales terms and close transactions.
5. Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
**Working Conditions:**
- Working hours: 11 am to 7 pm (8 hours/day).
- Business line provided.
- Equipment: Laptop, CRM system (Engaz), easy mobile application, website.
- Car provided for property showings.
- Quarterly bonuses including iPhone 15, 100K EGP, etc.
- Basic Salary + Attractive commission.
- 2-3 years of sales experience.- Proficiency in English.- Age above 21 with a good appearance.
