For a Leading distribution company in Tobacco industry, located in Giza, we are looking for Warehouse Manager who will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of Warehouse Supervisors across 4 regions, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Plan for future capacity constraints and requirements.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement in warehouse performance.
- Review and prepare workflows and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and safety standards
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with regulations
- Ensure Good warehousing practices are followed in all branches.
- Ensure fulfilling loading requirements for all sales channels on time.
- Managing the warehouse supervisor in different regions
