Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage multiple operations of the taxes area ( Income tax return - withholding tax, monthly VAT tax return, withholding tax form 41, payroll reconciliation form 4, form 6 and any kind of taxes)
• Prepare all tax inspection requirements and attend all taxes inspections.
• Collect tax related data and develops accurate financial and reporting packages
• Manage the reporting of local taxes to ensure the tax declarations are filled on timely basis.
• Ensure business compliance with Statutory, Legal and taxation requirements and local business policies & procedures, and ethical business practices.
• Prepare and update relevant tax provision schedules as needed
• Responsible for the preparation of the Transaction Tax filings
• Ensure that all tax filings across the region are submitted within the due dates.
• Responsible for all Indirect Tax Accounts and approves the tax accounts reconciliations on quarterly basis.
• Verify that all firm policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated;
• Attending corporate, stamp and payroll tax inspections.
• Performing, following up and finalize any tax disputes at all stages (Inspections – Internal Committees – Appeal Committees – Courts).
• Handling others tax assignments.
• familiarity with the details of social insurance, including forms and settlements
