Title: Data Entry Volunteer
Location: Hodeida
Length of Assignment: 4 months 

Tasks and Responsibilities 

• Assist the HIS Officer to enter weekly and monthly report into health and nutrition data base after he/she receive it from health and nutrition Officer. And ensure that all information entered is correct and valid.
• Assist the HIS officer to Analyse health and nutrition information data per each HFs and illustrates the achievement for each month.
• Feedback the nutrition officers about the common mistakes in the reports to be corrected and return back.
• Assist the HIS officer to regularly report health and nutrition data for program coordinator and program manager.
• Assist the HIS Officer to Analyse the data and make report against the indicators of the program to see the level of the achievement.
• Working effectively as a team member with the field team to improve the quality of the health and nutrition data.
• File all checked and received hard copies of reporting format in to archive.
• Save the data entries regularly as well as the statistical results.
• Keep files by month stored into the computer with clear segregation (draft version, final versions)
• Take up any job-related assignment as required by the supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Minimum Diploma in computer or other related qualification.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Minimum Diploma in computer or other related qualification. 
• More than 2 years’ experience Data entry for HEALTH. 
• Experience in Excel for data entry and analysis. 
• Data entry in health formatting (OPD - RH - EPI): 
• Experience in entering health-related data, especially in the formats specified (OPD - Outpatient Department, RH - Reproductive Health, EPI - Expanded Program on Immunization), indicates familiarity with healthcare terminology and specific data entry requirements in the health sector.
• Experience with online data entry platforms, especially in the context of health-related data such as Health Cluster Data and IMPACT, demonstrates adaptability to different data entry systems and technologies.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
