Deadline

Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and processing data, as well as writing and formulating regular reports for the organization using modern statistical software. It involves developing and maintaining a sound and accurate database, ensuring its protection, and updating it for all organization activities and projects in line with donor requirements and management policies.

Job Summary

  •   Entering project-related data into the system.
  •   Writing and preparing reports related to project activities.
  •   Collecting and analyzing data and presenting it in the form of reports according to the organization's policies and templates.
  •   Writing and formulating periodic reports and final reports.
  •   Monitoring and ensuring data quality and accuracy
  •   Supervising the collection of field and office data.
  •   Supporting the implementation and improvement of tools and frameworks of monitoring and evaluation.
  •   Developing appropriate reports formulas in line with the requirements for submitting reports for donors.
  •   Create a schedule for reports and make sure to prepare them and then deliver them in a timely manner.
  •   Maintaining an accurate database by monitoring and reviewing regular information sources.
  •   Update internal databases weekly and monthly and report any difficulties in their time.
  •   Design the graphs for information, reports, stickers, and banners.
  •   Treating quality, weekly, internal and external reports.
  •   Archive all materials and reports in electronic copies and papers 
  •   Create backup copies of information and reports and keep it in a safe place.
  •   Support in developing and analyzing monitoring tools.
  •   Supervising the data entry team.
  •   Prepare dedicated documents on implementation and progress made in activities.
  •   Taking photos and videos to document the stages of project work.
  •   Processing images after taking them to achieve the required quality.
  • Work to improve the quality of images by using editing tools
  •  Arranging scenes and backgrounds in order to choose the appropriate shot location to obtain the specified result.
  • Archiving photographs and videos.
  •  Delivering the required photos on the agreed upon dates
  • Updating the content on the organization’s website
  •  Documenting the organization’s various activities and archiving them according to the approved policy
  • Other tasks as required by the direct manager

 

Key Responsibilitie

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology /media
  • 5 years' experience in the field of preparing and drafting reports in an organization.
  • Flexibility and ability to work for long time or for extra hours.
  • Ability to use computer use nd professionalism with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize work when dealing with multiple tasks.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills.
  • Executes all assigned administrative tasks according to the highest quality standards.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • • Proficiency in dealing with website design and content production programs.
  • • Experience in copywriting, editing and text drafting.
  • • Working knowledge of MS Office and photo and video editing programs.
  • • Proficiency in oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
  • • Excellent ability to organize and plan tasks.
  • • Use all types of cameras for photography.
  • • Edit photos using a range of professional programs

Qualifications and Experience
