Forensic Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Conducts digital forensics investigations in response to security incidents.
- Collects and preserves digital evidence according to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Analyzes digital evidence to identify the root cause of incidents and determine the scope of damage.
- Creates forensic reports documenting the investigation and findings.
- Stays up-to-date on the latest digital forensics tools and techniques.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in digital forensics or a related field.
- Strong understanding of computer forensics principles and methodologies.
- Experience with digital forensics tools and techniques.
- Proficient in operating systems and network protocols.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Forensics certifications such as GCFA, EnCE, or CFCE preferred.
