Taybah Foundation for Development ( TFD ):

Taybah Foundation for Development is a Yemeni development institution working in the areas of health and education. It was established in 1996 under the licence of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor No. 25.  Taybah seeks to provide quality health and education services in partnership and cooperation with all concerned and interested parties in accordance with the development plans of local authorities..

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Receiving patients and supervising the preparation of rooms and beds and what their sick condition requires.
• Applying the treatment plan for each patient according to the doctors' instructions.
• Ensure that nursing care meets regulatory standards
• Passing with doctors and helping them during their daily rounds on patients.
• Provide the necessary assistance to patients and protect them from infections and injuries.
• Obtaining samples from patients to be sent to the laboratory for analysis.
• Recording nursing notes in the forms designated for this purpose in the medical file.
• Taking and writing down the patient's vital signs and notifying the attending physician and the head of the department of any significant developments in the patient's condition.
• Preparing intravenous fluids for the patient.
• Giving injections and treatments according to the instructions of the attending physician.
• Examination of existing medical equipment and sterilizing them permanently to ensure their suitability for use.
• Supervising the preparation of patients upon transfer or discharge from the hospital
• Apply the principles and rules of general safety at work.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned to him within his competence.

Incubators Department 

• Continuously following up on the condition of the children in the incubator.
• Implementing hygiene, health and food safety standards for children.
• Apply infection control standards and procedures in the incubator department.
• Monitor the work of incubators and adjust them according to the child's needs.
• Coordinate childcare schedules and distribute tasks to the team.
• Providing primary medical care to children in incubators according to the doctor’s instructions.
• Providing psychological support to children’s families and explaining treatments and measures related to the child’s health.
• Organizing and recording medical data for children in incubators.
• Follow up and record weight, height and any changes in children’s condition.
• Assisting the specialist doctor and health care team in medical examinations and procedures.
• Submitting periodic reports on the condition of children to the specialist doctor.
• Carrying out any other tasks assigned to her within his competence.

Dialysis Department 

• Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in the conditions of dialysis patients
• Recording patients’ medical information and vital signs.
• Assist the physician and health care team to evaluate, plan, and implement patient care plans.
• Installing a dialysis machine and ensuring its proper performance.
• Monitoring patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
• Ensure that the dialysis machine is used safely and securely.
• Talking to patients through the dialysis process.
• Monitor and adjust patient fluid removal rates as needed.
• Ensure that operating equipment is sterilized before and after use.
• Responding to any emergency event that may occur during a dialysis session.
• Paying attention to the patient’s needs.
• Understanding the patient’s physical and emotional concerns.
• Educating patients about maintaining and taking care of health.
• Apply general safety principles and rules while working.
• Adherence to the medical waste sorting policy in accordance with approved protocols.
• Carrying out any other tasks assigned to him within his competence.

Required qualifications and conditions:

• Bachelor / Diploma in Nursing.
• Profession practice certificate.
• Experience of not less than three years of nursing (preferred experience working in newborn nursery / dialysis department)
• Knowledge of English and medical terminology
• Proficiency in using Microsoft programs (MS Office).
• Good knowledge of nursing sciences and practice arts.
• The ability to implement and evaluate the treatment plan for patients.
• The ability to develop his competence.
• The ability to communicate and establish good relationships with others.

مؤسسة طيبة للتنمية مؤسسة تنموية يمنية تعمل في مجال الصحة والتعليم والاصحاح البيئي. تأسست في عام 1996 بموجب ترخيص وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل رقم (25).  تسعى مؤسسة طيبة للتنمية إلى تقديم خدمات صحية وتعليمية واصحاحية ذات كفاءة عالية بالشراكة والتعاون مع جميع الجهات المعنية والمهتمة وفقًا للخطط التنموية للسلطات المحلية.

المهام والمسئوليات الرئيسية:

• استقبال المرضى والإشراف على تحضير الغرف والأسرة وما تتطلبه حالتهم المرضية.
• تطبيق خطة العلاج لكل مريض حسب إرشادات الأطباء.
• تأكد من أن الرعاية التمريضية تلبي المعايير التنظيمية
• المرور مع الأطباء ومساعدتهم أثناء جولاتهم اليومية على المرضى.
• تقديم المساعدة اللازمة للمرضى وحمايتهم من العدوى والإصابات .
• الحصول على العينات من المرضى لإرسالها للمختبر للتحليل .
• تسجيل ملاحظات التمريض في النماذج المخصصة لذلك في الملف الطبي .
• اخذ وتدوين العلامات الحيوية عن المريض وإخطار الطبيب المعالج ورئيس القسم عن أي تطورات هامة في حالة المريض .
• تحضير السوائل الوريدية للمريض .
• إعطاء الحقن والعلاجات حسب ارشادات الطبيب المعالج .
• فحص المعدات الطبية الموجودة وتعقيمها بصورة دائمة والتأكد من صلاحيتها للاستعمال .
• الإشراف على تحضير المرضى عند التحويل أو الخروج من المستشفى
• تطبيق مبادئ وقواعد السلامة العامة أثناء العمل .
• القيام بأية مهام أخرى يكلف بها ضمن اختصاصه.

قسم الحاضنات 

• متابعة حالة الأطفال في الحاضنة بصورة مستمرة.
• تنفيذ معايير النظافة والمعايير الصحية وسلامة الغذاء الخاصة بالأطفال.
• تطبيق معايير وإجراءات مكافحة العدوى في قسم الحاضنة.
• مراقبة عمل الحاضنات وضبطها وفقًا لاحتياجات الطفل.
• تنسيق الجداول الزمنية للعناية بالأطفال وتوزيع المهام على الفريق.
• تقديم العناية الطبية الأولية للأطفال في الحاضنات وفقا لتعليمات الطبيب.
• تقديم الدعم النفسي لأسر الأطفال وشرح العلاجات والتدابير المتعلقة بصحة الطفل.
• تنظيم وتسجيل البيانات الطبية للأطفال في الحاضنات.
• متابعة وتسجيل الوزن والطول وأي تغييرات في حالة الأطفال.
• مساعدة الطبيب المختص وفريق الرعاية الصحية في الفحوصات والإجراءات الطبية.
• تقديم تقارير دورية عن حالة الأطفال للطبيب المختص.
• القيام بأية مهام أخرى تكلف بها ضمن اختصاصها.

قسم الغسيل الكلوي

• مراقبة وتسجيل وتقرير الأعراض والتغيّرات في حالات مرضى الغسيل الكلوي
• تسجيل المعلومات الطبيّة للمرضى والعلامات الحيويّة.
• مساعدة الطبيب وفريق الرعاية الصحيّة لتقييم وتخطيط وتنفيذ خطط رعاية المرضى.
• تركيب آلة غسيل الكلى والتأكُّد من حسن أدائها.
• مُراقبة المرضى الذين يخضعون لعلاج غسيل الكلى.
• ضمان استخدام جهاز غسيل الكلى بشكل آمن ومضمون.
• التحدّث مع المرضى من خلال عمليّة غسيل الكلى.
• مُراقبة وضبط مُعدّلات إزالة السوائل لدى المريض حسب الحاجة.
• التأكُّد من تعقيم مُعدّات التشغيل قبل وبعد الاستخدام.
• الاستجابة لأي حدث طارئ قد يحدث اثناء جلسة الغسيل الكلوي.
• الاهتمام بـ احتياجات المريض.
• فهم مخاوف المريض الجسديّة والعاطفيّة.
• توعية المرضى بالمُحافظة على الصحّة والعناية بها.
• تطبيق مبادئ وقواعد السلامة العامّة أثناء العمل.
• الالتزام بسياسة فرز النفايات الطبيّة وفقا للبروتوكولات المُعتمدة.
• القيام بأية مهام أخرى يكلف به ضمن اختصاصه.

المؤهلات والشروط المطلوبة:

• بكالوريوس / دبلوم تمريض. 
• شهادة مزاولة المهنة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في التمريض (يفضل من لديه خبرة في العمل في قسم الغسيل الكلوي/ لديها خبرة في العمل في قسم الحاضنة للمواليد )
• الإلمام بالإنجليزية والمصطلحات الطبية 
• اجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت ( MS Office ).
• المعرفة الجيدة بعلوم التمريض وفنون الممارسة .
• القدرة على تنفيذ وتقييم الخطة العلاجية للمرضى .
• القدرة على تطوير اختصاصه.
• القدرة على الاتصال وإقامة علاقات طيبة مع الآخرين .
