Taybah Foundation for Development ( TFD ):
Taybah Foundation for Development is a Yemeni development institution working in the fields of health, education, and environmental sanitation. It was established in 1996 under License No. 25 of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor. Taybah seeks to provide high-quality health, educational, and sanitary services in partnership and cooperation with all relevant and interested parties under the development plans of the local authorities.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Receiving medical cases, recording medical history, measuring vital signs, and conducting a complete clinical examination of patients.
- Request laboratory tests and other necessary tests according to the patient’s condition
- •Performing the necessary and rapid medical interventions in critical cases to preserve the patient’s life
- Rational and appropriate distribution of medications that will be dispensed to the patient based on the medical examination and the results of the medical examinations
- Follow up on all patients in the emergency department
- Transferring cases that require special medical interventions to various specialized departments or transferring abroad according to the patient’s condition
- Preparing the necessary medical or judicial reports for the patient.
- Save and document patient data
- Preparing technical reports and developing work methods using modern technology
- Evaluating the performance of subordinates, identifying their training needs, training them, and developing their skills.
- Providing safety tools
- Providing appropriate health conditions in the workplace, and ensuring safety and public health requirements
- Perform other related duties and activities as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in General Medicine and Surgery.
- A minimum of two years experience, (working in the dialysis unit is preferred)
- Certificate of practicing the profession
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft programs (MS Office).
- Excellent communicator and deals courteously with patients.
- Flexible working hours.
