Key responsibilities and duties

• Design and develop attractive, interactive webpages using core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and auxiliary applications as needed.
• Implement responsive UI designs that function correctly across different devices and browsers.
• Translate client requirements into practical, feasible design solutions within defined timeframes.
• Conduct practical site testing and provide improvements based on user/client feedback.
• Collaborate with development and content teams to ensure consistency of visual identity and user experience.
• Manage tasks and adhere to freelance project timelines, providing the necessary reports.

Qualifications and requirements

• A university degree in a related field (Bachelor's) or equivalent hands-on training.
• Up to 1 year of experience in web design/development or similar freelance projects.
• Good familiarity with core web languages (HTML, CSS) with basic knowledge of JavaScript and image/icon editing.
• Proficient in using UI design tools such as Figma/Sketch or similar tools.
• Portfolio showcasing previous web design projects (links or saved files).
• Proficiency in Arabic, with the ability to work within Yemen, especially the Dhamar region.
