The Team Leader at NRC ICLA) & Protection Program manages, supervises, and supports a dynamic team of field staff providing conflict and displacement affected community members with information, counselling, legal assistance, and protection services. These include support on legal identity documentation, housing, land and property (HLP) rights, and other protection concerns such as safety risks, access to services, and the prevention and mitigation of protection incidents. The Team Leader ensures that both ICLA and Protection activities are well-coordinated, rights-based, and responsive to the evolving protection needs of affected populations.
